Katy Schwinn

As a 40-year member of the Findlay Area Women’s Bowling Association, Katy Schwinn has exemplified exceptional dedication to the sport on a local, inter-city, state and national level. She brought enthusiasm and a business-like approach to the FAWBA during a 26-year tenure as the organization’s president. Schwinn’s administrative contributions have included 11 years of service to the Ohio Women’s Bowling Association. She has attended and participated in 33 state and 27 national bowling sessions. She has been honored as a lifetime member of the Inter-City and FAWBA organizations for her promotion of the sport as well as serving as chairman, director or member of countless bowling councils and boards. Her bowling career has included participation in 36 state tournaments and appearances in 27 WIBC national tournaments. Schwinn was included in the FAWBA Hall of Fame for Meritorious Service in 1987.
